your training.
- Proper technique in running, biking,
swimming, etc.
- Your specific hydration needs.
- Injury prevention.
- Stretches that will provide faster
recovery & less chances of injury
- Appropriate shoe and clothing wear
- Nutrition needs for endurance athletes
- Meet on Saturday morning for professionally
instructed cardio training sessions
Activities will be organized
to help challenge your stamina in different
areas of fitness such as hiking, sports,
biking, running, swimming, and more.
Each month professional
speakers will discuss specific aspects
of training to provide you with the information
you need for better performance.
