HOW MUSCLES INCREASE IN STRENGTH
A new program of aerobic exercise will increase a muscle’s endurance and tone and make it slightly larger. But if you wish to significantly increase a muscle’s strength and size, you’ll need to do resistance exercises one to three times a week. Being involved in a strengthening program will increase the protein filaments inside each muscle fiber causing it to grow thicker. The tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues surrounding the muscle will also
become stronger as the bones attached to the working muscle increase their mineral content. Most individuals achieve their greatest strength gains within the first few weeks of training. Because the main strength comes from the rebuilding of muscle fibers, it is important to allow approximately 48 hours rest between training sessions.

CORE CONDITIONING – IT’S NOT
JUST A FAD

By strengthening your hips, glutes, low back and abdominal muscles you are conditioning your core. Your core is the stabilizer your body depends on for movement. If your core is not well conditioned you may be prone for a possible injury. Our precision training program has specific focus on developing your core strength while incorporating other exercises to meet and exceed your goals.

“The sense of power is an essential element in all pleasure.” – John Lancaster Spalding, Writer

There is an element of power in being fit. When you’re fit, you can do things other people cannot do and this gives you a sense of power.
