When your body hurts all
the time, it is out of balance. David
Krueger’s practice revolves around
the concept of balance in body and mind
to promote a healthy lifestyle. This should
be second nature and not a constant struggle.
What does that mean? Muscles
can only contract and relax. Muscle groups
are “paired up” on either
side of any part of a human body. When
one side of that pair is stronger than
the other the body is out of balance.
A body out of balance hurts its owner.
David has been a massage
therapist since May of 1998. In the course
of his practice, he found that to equalize
the human muscular system resistance training
was needed. For that reason, in November
of 2003 he obtained his Personal Training
Certificate from the National Academy
of Sports Medicine (NASM). Now, to reduce
the chronic pain in his clients he will
begin with Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
allowing him to assess his client’s
condition, then, develop an exercise program
appropriate for each individual. Together,
this fitness plan will balance out the
muscular system.
If one wishes to live a
life that is pain free, one must incorporate
an exercise routine into his/her lifestyle.
A properly planned routine can teach you
to live healthy… after all we all
want to feel good both inside and outside
the gym. |

As a husband and a father,
I understand the importance of medical
care in all family members. Although,
I truly believe that special and proper
care beginning at birth is the foundation
from which your health begins.
My practice includes a combination
of Western medicine combined with Alternative
(Eastern) medicine. A healthy lifestyle,
a regular exercise program, a healthy
attitude, and a healthy nutritional program
are all encouraged. Medications along
with supplements are utilized when indicated
and needed.
I received my Doctor of
Medicine at the University of Wisconsin,
Madison and completed my Residency in
Pediatrics at the University of Texas,
Houston Hermann Hospital; M.D. Anderson
Tumor & Research Hospital; and Schriner’s
Crippled Children’s Hospital.
Being in practice for 25
years has given me the opportunity to
provide many parents comprehensive health
care of infants, children and adolescents.
